Processing Time
General Products: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Craft and Eco-friendly Products: Due to the custom nature of these products, they require 7-10 days to manufacture before they are ready for shipping.
Wholesale Orders: Please contact us for lead times and processing times for bulk and wholesale orders, as they may vary based on order size and availability.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer Standard Shipping across India, which usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Craft and Eco-friendly Products: Once the manufacturing is completed (7-10 days), shipping times will apply.
Wholesale Orders: Shipping for wholesale orders will depend on the size of the order. Please contact us for specific lead times.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary based on the destination and can take anywhere from 7-21 business days. Please note that international shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local authorities regarding any additional fees before placing your order.
Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over ₹1,500 within India. For orders below ₹1,500, standard shipping rates will apply and will be displayed at checkout. International shipping costs will vary depending on the destination and will be calculated during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your shipment through our courier partner's website. If you do not receive your tracking details, feel free to contact our customer service team at info@herbojit.com.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Occasionally, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier issues. Shipping Restrictions
